The Football Victoria (FV) - Positive Start Schools Tour, in partnership with the Victoria State Government, Department of Education and Training aims to engage Victorian school students of all regions, backgrounds and abilities across Victoria.

The purpose of our FV Positive Start Schools Tour is to build upon our Positive Start School Clinics and promote active participation through all-inclusive fun gala days. We invite all schools to participate whether you have previously completed a Positive Start clinic or not.

The Gala Days format will be 7-a-side games, where all teams will all play at least 3 matches within their selected division of team entry. The divisions will be broken into Boys, Girls & Mixed within the following grades; Years 1&2 | Years 3&4 | Years 5&6 | Years 7&8.

Specialist School Students and Schools are encouraged to participate. There will be Specialist School Divisions and separate breakaway areas for students to participate.

The event will be about students having fun and participating in a non-competitive setting, with plenty of giveaways and prizes throughout the day.

Each gala day will be run on one day as its own event. Schools are able to submit teams for more than one gala day but will need to submit an additional form for each gala day they enter.

The day's matches will kick off no earlier than 9:30am, and conclude by 2:30pm. Fixture detail will be confirmed to participating Schools following the submission of their team entries.

Just like our Positive Start Schools Clinics, these Gala Days are FREE of entry and we anticipate positions to these limited events to fill up fast. Please submit your teams quickly to avoid disappointment. All school types are encouraged to participate.
